Highlighting Creativity, Leadership, & Innovation Across Industries

As a 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐞, I shine a spotlight on the innovators, creatives, artists, and leaders who are shaping the future of their industries and the communities they serve. Through in-depth conversations, I uncover the experiences, breakthroughs, and creative processes that help others grow, lead, and build meaningful impact. My goal is always the same: to provide H.O.P.E (Help One Person Everyday) by elevating voices, expanding opportunities, and inspiring visibility.

For more than two decades, my work across 𝐉𝐃𝐒 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 & 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐜., 𝐉𝐃𝐒 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨, nonprofit 𝐉𝐃𝐒 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲, and the award-winning ABC TV Show 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 is all rooted in the belief that the arts are essential. They impact life and business. The Arts are an educational foundation and a workforce pathway. I have had the privilege of producing broadcast media, creating state wide training programs and launching performers, filmmakers, digital creators, that empower individuals of all abilities to find confidence, skill, and purpose through the visual, performing, and digital arts.

My mission with 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 is to celebrate creativity as a catalyst for connection, economic growth, and community development. Whether it’s through television storytelling, digital media training, workforce development, or our annual 𝑫𝙞𝒈𝙞𝑭𝙚𝒔𝙩® Temecula digital arts festival, my work is about expanding access to creative opportunity and elevating the next generation of storytellers—actors, musicians, filmmakers, content creators, thinkers, and leaders.

Through the Authority Magazine column, I bring my creative commitment to this national audience. Each interview explores the intersection of creativity, leadership, and purpose. I highlight the lessons and insights that help people show up boldly, find clarity in their voice, and use their talent to create meaningful influence. For creative entrepreneurs, artists, executives, and thought leaders, these stories offer inspiration, and practical ideas they can apply to strengthen their craft, grow their visibility, and lead with authenticity.

At its core, my work centers on one powerful belief:
𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐰𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞.
